Weather has always been of big part of my life. Growing up the son of a commercial fisherman, then becoming a field geologist and a pilot I have experienced first hand just about every type of weather. From a beautiful clear calm day to coastal hurricanes, mountain blizzards, desert dust storms, etc. When you spend a lot of time outside in many different environments and locations you get to see such extremes.

In this portion of my web site I wanted to share a few of  my weather experiences. I have included just a few past episodes for now, but more to come. Also I  will be adding future events as they occur.
